Wiht our calling card service, you could dial a local access phone number first and then continue to make a international long distance call.

Calling Card by Softphone

Suppose you have installed iaxLite softphone. (You could use other sip or softphones too). To access our calling card service with softphone please do it in the following steps:

Dial 987656 . This is the access number for softphone callingcard service. Even your account has no balance, your call could still be connected.

The IVR will tell you to [Please input your account number followed by # key]. Input it with DTMF keypad please.

The IVR will tell you to [Please input your password followed by # key]. Input it with DTMF keypad please.

The IVR will tell you to [Please input the phone number followed by # key, or press 1 followed by # key to enter function].

In this step you could input the international phone number (prefixed by 00) you want to call, or input 1# to enter function menu. If you enter function menu you will hear the following IVR:

Press 1 to check balance,

press 2 to register,

press 3 to add credit,

press 4 for update password,

press 5 to unregister,

press 6 to transfer balance,

press 7 to back to upper menu

So, you can see with our full functional callingcard IVR, web is not needed for calling card service.

Calling Card by DID

DID calling card works nearly the same way as softphone callingcard, just that you need to use your telephone to dial a pstn access number.

If you could not got your local DID number, you still could use FXO gateway as the alternative. This is the low cost and flexible solution. Widely used in VOIP limited areas.
