Call Back

Call back could got better call quality then normal VoiP call especially when network is not good. And call back could save much cost compared with normal pstn long distance call.

Softphone Callback

Suppose you have installed iaxLite softphone. Click the [CallBack] button (you could see it on iaxlite softphone's main interface), a call back dialog will pop up as following:

Input your phone number and destination phone number there. Call back service will be trigered.

Web Callback

You can also triger call back from web. After you login from member entry, click the left menu [CallBack & CallingCard] -> [Call Back from Web], you could see the following web callback page:

Input your phone number and destination phone number there. Call back service will be trigered.

DID Callback

Our DID callback service works in the following way:

You dial our DID callback access number with your telephone.
Our service will call you back and ring your phone.
You answer the phone call and input the destination phone number with DTMF
Our service will call the destination phone number.
Our service will link the two calls togather.
You will be able to call now.

GSM Modem Callback

Use DID to triger callback service is easy. But, in some area it is not easy to get local DID. Our GSM modem callback service could be used as the alternative. It works the same way as DID callback. Just that we need to put a GSM modem in your local area as the access point.

SMS Callback

SMS call back is more flexible than DID or GSM modem call back. Because you could set your phone number and destination phone number by text. That is to say, you could submit callback requirement for any telephone. Like GSM modem callback, w need to put a GSM modem in your local area as the access point.

For example, send the following short message with your mobile phone to gsm modem:

u.123 p.456 s.789 d.433

The sms will triger the callback service with account code 456 and password 433.
The phone number 789 will be called and ring first.
After phone 789 answered the call, phone number 433 will be called and ring.
phone number 433 answer the call.
phone number 789 and 433 will be able to talk now.
After the call finished, cost will be billed to account 123.
