Auto Dialer

With our auto dialer service it is easy for you to make bulk calls.

Setup UniDialer

After you downloaded and installed UniDialer, click your windows [Start] --> [Programs] --> [UniDialer] --> [UniDilaer].

UniDialer will be started:

If you run UniDialer for the first time (and did not run iaxlite before), the following dialog will be popped up on the top of UniDialer's main picture.

Input your account code and password there, and click the [Save my account information here] to make it be selected. If you did not have an account code yet please register one from here.

Click the tab [Options],

Click the [FeedBack call disposition with IPC] to make it be selected. This option is used to feeback call result to UniDialer's main interface, such as ringing / answered / cancel / hangup. Even if you do not select it, the application still works correctly, just that you could not see calling progress and call statistic.

Click the [OK] button to close the dialog.

Now, click the speed button [Link iaxLite],

If all are ok you will see the following message at the left bottom of Unidialer's main interface:

Test with a Call

Now, it is time for us to make the first test. Input a phone number with international format in the following red box and press Enter key.

Click the speed button [Reset] to start this job:

We can see it is dialing now. And we can see it's calling progress and result too.

Test with a Call

Now it is ready to make bulk calls. Click the speed button [New List] to build phone number list.

The following [Phone number Generator] dialog will be popped up:

Input parameters [Country Code],[Area Code],[Start From],[End With] and then press [Generate] button. Phone numbers will be generated. Click [Save...] button to save it as .txt file. Click [Close] button to close this dialog.

Click speed button [Open List] to import phone number list into current job:

Click the [Reset] button, phone numbers will be called one by one.

Note: the format of phone number list file is one phone number per line.
